Is your jurisdiction subject to attack by terrorism?  Yes, it is, almost everyone is someplace were terrorists can attack.  Terrorists have attacked or attempted to attack nearly every type of location.  Schools, bridges, tunnels, skyscrapers, government buildings, military bases, foreign embassies, hospitals, police stations, private homes and many other places.

Terrorist attacks can happen on special anniversary days.  They can happen on the anniversary of a previous attack, a holiday, someones birthday, or even just a day selected at random.  They can happen during holidays related to the attackers beliefs or to the victims beliefs.

Terrorist attack with bombs, letters with poisons, handguns, rifles, shotguns, snipers and face to face shootings.  They can conduct multiple attacks at the same time at different locations or can attack the same location sequentially.  We have to be ready to detect the planning, interrupt the preparation, and stop the attack as well as clean up after an attack; that's what the SGT Says.
